Venue 

As the designated conference hotel, the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel has reserved a block of rooms for delegates. The special room rate for the conference is $276 plus taxes per night for a standard room or double room. The special rate is only available until 5 p.m. on Friday, November 1, until the room block has been filled. You may still make a reservation after November 1 but room rates will vary and are subject to availability.

Since there is a set number of rooms in this block, we kindly ask when booking rooms to be courteous and not to overbook so that fellow attendees can also secure accommodations.

Please book your rooms in advance. If you are booking on behalf of a group, please ensure you assign a guest’s name to the room and only reserve the amount you need. Unlike in the past, the hotel will not be creating sub-blocks for colleges to hold rooms. Therefore, the colleges will have to book directly into the main block on a first-come, first-serve basis.
