Marc Lepine has indisputably become one of North America’s most innovative chefs. After refining his style in kitchens in Canada, the U.S. and Europe, Lepine launched his own award-winning restaurant in 2008 and has rocketed to culinary fame. Recognizing his revolutionary techniques and novel, contemporary flair, Lepine was crowned ‘Most Innovative Chef in Canada’ in 2018 by Canada’s 100 Best magazine. In his spare time, Lepine has released a debut cookbook, enjoys collaborating with fellow chefs on fun, unique events and even finds time to mentor aspiring new chefs by returning to his alma maters to work directly with students.
