Vice-President, Process and Technology Development, Centreline
Surrounded by robotic machines in CenterLine (Windsor) Limited’s factory, a simple pencil holder sits on Larry Koscielski’s desk. He built it out of scrap parts in college. Today, he is the vice president of process and technology development at CenterLine, leading a team of bright minds to push automation technology to new heights, keeping the company as a global leader. Outside the office, he is known as “Mr. Great Lakes Robotics,” training the next generation by volunteering for FIRST Robotics Windsor-Essex, a competition where students gain skills and confidence — seeing in Koscielski, just where a college diploma can take you.
