Fees

Each ticket to the 2018 Premier’s Awards gala is $175 plus taxes. This fee includes access to:

  • Gala reception with one beverage ticket
  • Dinner with wine service
  • Awards presentation
  • Entertainment

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation dates Refund policy
Before or by September 27 Full refund less a $75 administrative fee per registration
Between September 28 and October 26 50% refund of registration fees per registration
After October 27 No refunds, only substitutions

Schedule of events*

5 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. Nominee reception
This is a private reception for Premier’s Award nominees, one guest of each nominee, college presidents and board chairs, and platinum sponsors of the event.
5:15 p.m. – 6 p.m. Gala reception
This is a reception for all evening attendees.
6:15 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. Opening remarks and Dinner
7:15 p.m. – 9 p.m. Awards presentation
9 p.m. – 10 p.m. Post-gala reception (cash bar)

Accommodations

As the designated conference hotel, the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel has reserved a block of rooms for delegates. The room rate for guests is $219 plus taxes per night for a standard room or double room. This special rate is only available until 5 p.m. on Monday, November 5, or until the room block has been filled. You may still make a reservation after November 5 but room rates will vary and are subject to availability.

Please book your rooms in advance. If you are booking on behalf of a group, please ensure you assign a guest’s name to the room and only reserve the amount you need. The hotel will not be creating sub-blocks for colleges to hold rooms. Therefore, colleges will have to book directly into the main block on a first-come-first-serve basis.
