Director, Restoration and Infrastructure, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority
Moranne McDonnell is the director of restoration and infrastructure at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA)—a non-profit organization created to safeguard and enhance the health and well-being of watershed communities. McDonnell has been instrumental to TRCA’s conservation efforts since 2000 and has served as project manager, senior manager and associate director for engineering projects before taking up her current position. As the need for environmental protection and consciousness continues to grow, McDonnell’s work not only serves to promote the welfare of TRCA’s watershed communities and Ontario jurisdictions but also the beauty and diversity of nature in Canada at large.
