Chef Michael Hunter is the co-owner of Antler Kitchen & Bar in Toronto’s Dundas West area, home to some of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants. Defined as cuisine rural to its roots, celebrating Canadian culinary delights, Antler has earned its due, reaching Canada’s 100 Best list, Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants list and Post City Magazine’s Top 50. Hunter has cooked at restaurants and festivals around the globe, sharing Canadian flavours with industry influencers. He is considered a pioneer and trendsetter for his utilization of regional ingredients and maintains a firm belief in supporting local farmers and suppliers.
