Aircraft Maintenance, 1993
Senior Director, Line Maintenance, Air Canada
If anybody lives and breathes airplane quality and safety, it’s Brad Warren. As Air Canada’s senior director of maintenance operations, he oversees 2,300 employees across Canada. At 46, he is one of the youngest in the industry to attain this level of responsibility. He was instrumental in the merging of Air Georgian with Regional 1 Airlines, a move that changed the face of Canadian airlines and helped Air Canada become more competitive. He is working to change the work culture among airline maintenance engineers to improve how they are seen and enhance professionalism.
