Scott Groh is a senior airline executive with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, holding leadership positions in Canada and across the Middle East. He is currently the vice-president of crew resources with WestJet Airlines, and previously worked with Canada 3000, Gulf Air, Etihad Airways and Qatar Airways. His leadership has helped airlines to expand operations while improving the flying experience. Groh has flown more than two million miles across 60 countries. He helped pioneer the use of software optimization tools to solve logistical and air crew scheduling challenges and he recently helped launch the new low-cost carrier, Swoop Airlines.
